Recommended Use

Rear-Facing Harness: 5-40 lb, head must be at least 1" below handle; Forward-Facing Harness: 26.5-65 lb, up to 49"; Highback Booster: 40-100 lb, 43-57", at least 4 years old
STOP using this child restraint and throw it away 10 years after the date of manufacture.
Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. Then children should ride forward-facing, using the built-in harness system for as long as possible until they reach the maximum forward-facing weight or height for their car seat. At that point, children should ride in a belt-positioning booster seat. A booster is no longer needed once the vehicle seat belt fits properly, typically when they reach 4 feet 9 inches tall and are between ages 8-12. Be sure to check your local and state laws, as well as AAP and NHTSA recommendations, for car seat usage.*

How do I clean the seat and cover?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Stlundy from Unsafe Chest Clip Design I’m extremely disappointed with this car seat and with Graco’s response to my safety concern. The chest clip on our SlimFit 3-in-1 requires virtually no pressure to release. My 2½-year-old son can easily open it himself while the vehicle is moving. This has reached the point where I do not feel comfortable driving alone with him in this seat. I contacted Graco and provided photos. Graco confirmed that my son is harnessed correctly, so improper fit or positioning is not the issue. Their response was essentially that the chest clip is not designed to be childproof and that if he opens it while I’m driving, I should pull over and re-secure him. That does not address my actual concern: why does this particular chest clip release with so little pressure? I specifically asked about the possibility that the clip is malfunctioning or defective. I was also told there is no replacement chest clip available for this model. Instead of evaluating the clip or offering a meaningful remedy, I was given general advice about toddlers opening chest clips. I understand that a chest clip must be capable of being opened by an adult in an emergency. I am not expecting it to be an unopenable lock. But I do expect a child-restraint component not to be so easy to release that a 2½-year-old can repeatedly open it while I’m driving. We are replacing this seat. Parents of young toddlers should be aware of this issue before purchasing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SoccerMom5678 from AMAZING Slim Fit! We’ve been using our car seats for about a month now and we love them! You can truly fit three across which has been an absolute game changer! The seats are easy to instal and adjust! I was pleasantly surprised with the padding level. My kids are just as comfortable in these slim fits as they were in the extend to fit! The only down sides for me, there is not a foot extender/foot rest, and the side of the car seat are low so it’s easy for my 1yo to reach her hands up and try to grab things away from my 5yo. But overall we’ve been so pleased and these seats have solved so many spacing issues for us!
